'MCII' intentions (goals)

MCII is short for Mental Contrasting with Implementation Intentions. Which is basically a good way to set goals! See here for scientific journal article information about it by Adriaanse et al, 2010.

Food (etc!) diary

It’s important to note down things that are associated with what you eat and drink, e.g. if you are eating with others, if you think that you are hungry or not, if you binge or purge (e.g. vomit), etc.
